About
I grew up in a small town in northern India, moved to Munich over a decade ago, and have been building a life that keeps surprising me ever since. I work in enterprise technology — most recently as a Solutions Engineering Manager at HashiCorp, leading the SE team across the DACH region. What I enjoy most about the work is the moment something clicks: when uncertainty becomes clarity, when a system that felt opaque suddenly makes sense. Stepping into leadership in 2022 added a new dimension to that — it turns out helping people grow is just as interesting as solving technical problems.
But work is only one thread.
I discovered yoga in 2019 and it was, honestly, love at first movement. I've since completed two RYT 200 teacher trainings — in Rishikesh and at Sivananda Yoga — and it remains one of the most grounding practices in my life. These days I balance yoga with CrossFit, roughly 2–3 times each per week. What keeps me coming back to both is something I also find in my work: the integration of theory and practice, the honesty of showing up and doing the thing. Prana flows where attention goes — that turns out to be as true in a breathing exercise as in a leadership conversation.
I'm naturally curious and analytical, but I don't see life only through a professional lens. What matters to me is depth: learning continuously, staying honest with myself, and building a life that feels both grounded and expansive. Creativity, spirituality, and personal evolution are just as important to me as achievement. I hike, travel when I can, and spend a lot of time in conversations that go somewhere real.
This site is where those sides meet. You'll find writing on yoga and movement, technology and leadership, travel, meditation, and whatever else I'm turning over in my mind at the time.
