Yoga with Kapil #4: full body before lunch class

In this full body yoga, we start with some sun salutations and core activation. We continue with a Hatha/Vinyasa sequence including warrior, triangle, twist, forward bending poses and end with some back bending and relaxation.
I offered this class online to my colleagues on May 15, 2020, 12 pm Germany time. I am not an experienced yoga teacher yet but I am learning every day and I enjoy teaching.
